To request an SFTP site for records scheduled to be purged, please submit this form. A member of our Client Service Team will contact you to finalize your order. Each SFTP site will contain only the records within the year scheduled to be purged. The SFTP site is $500.00 per year. Data will be uploaded to the SFTP site and provided directly to the contact listed as the administrator on the account. If you choose not to request an SFTP site, you can go directly to your account and download your reports at no additional cost. SFTP requests must be received by September 15, 2018 to receive records within September 15, 2011 to September 15, 2012. Please refer to this link for additional information.
